    The hotel's location is a significant advantage, positioned right near a shopping mall. I also appreciated the excellent meals at the restaurant and the excellent service provided by the staff, which enhanced my overall experience during my short stay.

    The maintenance of the facilities could use improvement, as I encountered some issues with the shower drain cover.

    Y'all, the staff here are just the sweetest! They're fixin' to help you every step of the way. My fam had a ball with plenty to do right 'round the hotel, and that breakfast spread? Lord have mercy, it was like a Sunday feast! Just wish the ol' place wasn't quite so dated.

    Hotel is well located, rooms are clean and quiet, the reception staff is fine

    Room service quality is outrageous, staff is either rude or unwilling to help. Forget about english, no one can speak english here (we speak portuguese too). Breakfast is very limited and the quality overall is bad. Room decoration is very basic, Internet was very very slow. This is a 3 star hotel advertised as a 5 star hotel.

    the hotel staff were excelant , spok good english , helped us with every thing we needed , even though the booking with your site didnt get there confermation at all.

    we loved the room , the food, the staff and the view.

    wonderful, wonderful, wonderful

    I loved my time at this hotel. The room I stayed in was a Standard Double Room, large and comfortable with fine bay views. The pool area was fantastic with an outdoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi, made relaxation easy.

    The place was reasonably priced. This hotel was great with nice staff with the Parking manager. The breakfast was great, the check in was efficient. Moreover, private parking was very handy for me...

    The staff is super helpful and kind. There's plenty to do around. A huge mall across the street. The dining options are great, both inside and just a short walk away. A solid stay!
